Requirement Confirmation
Customers provide 3D drawings, 2D drawings, physical samples or discuss product requirements, clarify product applications, material requirements, expected production quantity, ensure products meet specific industry standards (such as electronics, automotive, medical)
Project Analysis & Simulation
Engineering team conducts DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to ensure optimal mold design, mold flow analysis to avoid injection defects, calculate mold costs, processing fees, delivery time, provide complete quotation
Mold Manufacturing & Trial
Mold development: CNC machining, EDM electrical discharge machining, precision grinding, trial molding & adjustment (T1 / T2 testing), ensure product precision, quality inspection (dimensional measurement & material verification)
Mass Production
Injection molding to ensure stable mass production. Strict quality control during production (SPC / FAI inspection). Surface treatment & assembly (such as spraying, electroplating, laser engraving)
Product Delivery
Standard packaging & customer-specified logistics delivery (DHL / sea freight / air freight), ensure products are delivered on time
